  • Christian students are generally favorable toward women in ministry. This statement was tested with the use of a questionnaire, given as both a pretest and posttest, during the fall semester. An effective female ministry was modeled during worship services in the semester, and a small group Bible study was held for four weeks in October. Data was compiled, cross-tabs were run, and the results were analyzed. Sex was found to be of some significance as a factor in answering the questions. Students were found generally to be in favor of females in ministry positions, except for the preaching ministry.
