- Abstract
- This project was developed to teach Christians how to help new converts become productive members of the Body of Christ. The biblical basis was developed from doctrines related to salvation, the Lordship of Christ, the church, and prayer. The foundational scripture verse which served as the theme was Mark 3:14. The project upon completion served to equip encouragers who demonstrated the skills necessary to encourage a new convent.
