This project addresses the rapidly changing needs of a mid-size 'mainline' downtown church. Utilizing systemic method, denominational norms, and an admitted evangelical bias, the writer has produced a 'Church Operations Manual' which collates all local church documents and procedures into a single tool for ministry with built-in capacity for update and self-amendment.
