This project develops, tests, and evaluates a model for training local church youth workers to equip youth for the task of evangelism. The practicum was conducted over a weekend, and a group of eight youth workers from the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church were invited to participate. The project emphasized the value of mentoring in the equippng process.
