This DMin project investigates changes experienced by congregations when ratios between Anglo and Hispanic communities shift, and examines the homogeneous and heterogeneous approaches to ministry and the theology used to support each paradigm. It explores a theology of stewardship that promotes the development and use of gifts of diverse ethnic groups. There is an evaluation of techniques used to nurture people as they experience and respond to transition in their congregations. Finally, a model is offered to assist congregations as they seek to respond to their transitional neighborhoods.
