Abstracto

The author's objective was to create a program that would provide New Jerusalem's young adults with spiritual outlets. The author planned for other young adults, peer ministers, to be the instruments through which those outlets were created. The peer ministers received training and created programming for their peers, but the young adults and others at New Jerusalem did not feel that any programs were offered. The author concluded, based on data gathered, that while the peer minister-created programs were not attended, New Jerusalem young adults did desire to see such programs occur at New Jerusalem.
