Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to guide Evergreen Community Church (ECC) in the development of its plan to attract and assimilate unchurched second generation Korean-Americans in the Chicagoland area. In order to achieve this goal, the project: 1, reviewed its current mission statement, need statement, vision statement; 2, developed its core values to reflect its ministry; 3, developed its strategies to attract and assimilate the unchurched; 4, developed its programs to execute its plan. The results of the evaluations were mostly positive, and this project has helped to clarify ECC's objectives as a church and to execute its mission.
