  • The focus of this study in ministry is church growth. The context of this study is Trinity United Church of Christ, a sub-urban, predominantly European-American congregation located on the north side of Columbus, Ohio, which desires to grow. The methodology used to achieve this goal is an intervention, composed of four interwoven facets, designed as a unit to remove barriers that prevent church growth. The findings of this project confirm that church growth becomes probable through this intervention. In conclusion, this intervention is a prescription of restoration and the much needed cure for the ailing church.
