Abstracto

This project provides a survey of Haiti's history, social distinctions, religious influences, language disparity, and educational methodology that contributes to an understanding of the context within which training for Christian leadership occurs. The course material presents a biblical foundation for Christian leadership through a study of key words from the Old and New Testaments. An exposé of Christian leadership traits guides the student to the Christ-like mandate for servant leadership. The course concludes with an examination of leadership styles developed by Norman Shawchuck. The efficacy of the course will be determined by the manner in which Christian leaders serve God's people.
