Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to impact transformation of a select group of lay people from Grace United Methodist Church of the Western Pennsylvasia Conference of the United Methodist Church though a mission trip experience to a third world country. The design of the project included the administration of the pre-test and post-test questionnaires, along with personal observation and interaction with the trip participants. The results of the short-term missions experience revealed that foreign missions experiences do postitively impact the faith development of thise who participate.
