Abstract
  • As part of the larger Project Cathedral, asking 'What makes a Christian leader effective?', this project presents case studies of two Christian pastors in the western United States. Each serves a growing church in a metropolitan area. The project studies each pastor through the Personal Profile System (DISC), church archives, questionnaires, and on-site observations. The project finds a need to consider culture in defining effective Christian leadership, and offers recommendations for future study of the role of culture and the importance of character in Christian leadership.
