Abstracto

This project encourages the church council of a local Baptist congregation to envision a discipling strategy and equips the council to serve as a synthesis team to implement the vision. In seven sessions over eight weeks the project leads participants to understand the need to initiate change and provides them a model for making change. The church becomes more focused and intentional about ministry.
