  • This project observes and quantifies the effects on ministry participation of a program utilizing the ministry of Christ as the theological basis along with a practical plan for involvement. The method of research includes opening and closing questionnaires and a three-phase approach of education (five session seminar), consultation (personal meeting with a ministry mentor), and mobilization (training and supervision for ministry). The research reveals that those who made a change in ministry were able to articulate how the information in the course enabled them to choose involvement in a ministry suitable to the way that God uniquely created them.
