- This project examines the multi-campus model of church growth. Chapter 1 defines the purpose, goals, context, and rational for this project. It also addresses the definition of terms and the limitations of this project. Chapter 2 examines the biblical argument for the multi-campus model. Specifically this chapter argues that the multi-campus model is consistent with what the bible teaches concerning the purpose, mission, and organization of the church. Chapter 3 addresses the sociological factors that influence the church and how the multi-campus model of church growth addresses these. Chapter 4 examines six churches in North America that are implementing the multi-campus model. In this chapter we see that the methodology of these churches will differ, but they all are using a multi-campus approach. Chapter 5 discusses how First Baptist Church of Windermere is implementing the multi-campus model. And Chapter 6 addresses whether a church should consider this model for church growth.
