This project proposes to examine the church's quantitative growth and development in Indonesia from 1981 through 1990 and to identify the major growth factors. The research method relied on participant observation while the writer functioned in a high profile, influential position among the target group and included gathering survey data and historical statistics, and content analysis of extensive conference reports and archived minutes of decisions and policies.
