Abstract
  • This study explores how follow-up can be done in biblically based, theologically supported, theoretically coherent, culturally relevant, and practically applicable ways that maximize and give honor to what God has done at the new birth and how he desires believers to grow spiritually. It seeks to help the reader become a designer of follow-up strategies, plans, and programs that will prove effective in establishing new believers in their faith while honoring God. This research document has been divided into three major sequential parts: the conversion experience, causes of spiritual growth, and formulating follow-up strategies, plans, and programs.
