A survey was conducted of churches having a Christian school to evaluate the particular challenges they face in relation to church growth. Churches were selected at random from the Association of Christian Schools International and the Georgia Association of Christian Schools. Churches selected differed geographically, denominationally, and were of varying sizes. The data collected was compared with standard church growth principles and literature to determine the barriers to church growth experienced by these ministries. From this comparison suggestions were made to assist churches with Christian schools in their efforts to achieve healthy church growth.
