Abstract
  • This project proposes to aid pastors in identifying efficiently the particular areas of their preaching that need intentional effort at improvement. The project guides participants through a four-month process in which they solicit and receive four levels of evaluation and feedback: personal, parish, peer, and professional. These four levels of evaluation and feedback bring together a consensus from various perspectives that identifies several areas of concentrated growth and work in a pastor's preaching ministry.
