  • While God created diversity in the world as good, differences in language, ethnicity, generations, socioeconomic levels, educational levels, and personality types bring about division and separation in a sinful world. The focus of this project is to understand the theological rationale for unity among diversity within the church and to give principles of how a church can transition into a church for all people. Through observing many multicultural churches, interviewing pastors, leaders, and authors, and through many literary resources, the author describes ten traits a church can pursue to transition into becoming a church for all people.
