  • Wine is a product of human culture and an important element of Christian faith and practice. This project creates a Christian practice of wine tasting. This report explores biblical, historical, liturgical, and cultural aspects of wine and describes a Christian practice of wine tasting that provides experiences of authentic community and theological reflection. It uses original research using the Participatory Action Research model for qualitative research in which members of a research cohort participate in the development of the model as they actively engage in the practice. The result is the development of a Christian practice of wine tasting.
