Field education is an integral part of the learning process for students preparing for leadership ministries in local churches and on the mission field. The project's methodology utilizes small group process and a modified Delphi technique to involve administration, faculty, students, graduates and church leaders in the formulation of purposes, goals, procedures for faculty supervisors, interns and agencies, and assessment instruments which were incorporated into a comprehensive document which is used to guide the Nebraska Christian College's field education program.
