This project proposes a method for a congregation and its pastor together to address some of the radical changes occurring in contemporary culture. Using a series of sermons combined with a group process of theological reflection, a pastor and members of the congregation envisioned and created a plan that articulates the changes and suggests specific ways for the congregation to address them. The plan has been presented to the congregation and to the official board for implementation and a committee has been appointed to oversee the process.
