  • The author describes a field work program of a Brazilian theological institution in which students and faculty participate in cross-cultural ministry experiences. He describes the context out of which the school operates and the history of its field work program. The author interviewed thirty students of the school for input on results and expectations of cross-cultural input on results and expectations. After reviewing the answers to the student questionnaires, the author prepared an operational guide for cross-cultural ministry trips sponsored by the school. He also gives suggestions for wider dissemination of the program.
