The purpose of this project was to equip the active deacons of Holiday Hill Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Florida, to minister to church families using deacon ministry teams. The training model consisted of eight sessions of one hour to one and one-half hours in length. The first five sessions were part of a one-day retreat.
