Abstrait

The purpose of this project is to study the structuring of the Alabama North District Church of the Nazarene for church growth. The objective of the project is to implement church growth concepts to help achieve spiritual and numerical growth of the churches of the district. This study of church growth concepts revealed that new churches represent the best approach for reaching and assimilating people not actively involved in any congregation. The evaluation and analysis in this project reveals that the structure of the district has resulted in church growth.
