Abstrait

This project formulated a more effective and efficient cooperative agreement process between the New River Baptist Association and the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. This included a study of the theological and theoretical backgrounds, developing a new cooperative agreement form and training in the use of the form. A second emphasis was on presenting an overview of the association's purpose, objectives, goals, and action plans for a cooperative ministry project. The final emphasis was on individual negotiating sessions for joint planning, budgeting, and implementations of the cooperative ministry agreement.
