  • The goal of this project was to explore the unity of the worship of God and missions in the Bible, in relevant literature and in four case studies, under the perspective that worship is the goal, the motivation and the means of missions. The project addressed the need that many if not most churches in sending countries and those in mission fields call for true spiritual, holistic and contextualized worship to facilitate missions. Further, contemporary worship and praise movements pose a challenge in the examination of relevance for missions. The author represented the results in a workbook, which was evaluated by twelve missionaries. The appendices contain the workbook.
