Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to create a workbook for caregivers of clients at Delta Family Center, Hamburg, Arkansas to help facilitate the healing of trauma. The goals of the project were evaluated by experts using an assessment tool. The evaluation results demonstrate significant agreement by the evaluators that the workbook accomplished the resource goals. The most prominent finding indicates strong agreement that the resource could help caregivers learn the cause and effect relationship between beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The second most prominent result indicates consensus that the workbook successfully highlights the necessity of adequate self-care for caregivers.
