This project proposes to equip ethnically blended couples to become leaders in ethnically blended congregations through weekly training sessions led by spiritually and emotionally mature couples from each church's membership. Training focuses on basic discipline necessary for present and future leadership, drawing on personal insights and doctrinal reflections, seeking to improve relationships between spouses and among members of these ethnically diverse congregations.
