Abstract
  • The purpose of this thesis is to provide a biblical lens through which Christian workers, pastors, and teachers can see work as a meaningful expression of service to God and to people. Twelve lessons for small group study address important faith at work subjects. As a result of this study, the author concluded that blue-collar workers are not often encouraged to regard their work as significant service to the Kingdom of God. Yet, they are often willing, when encouraged, to re-examine their roles at work in light of biblical truth.
