The purpose of this project was to equip a selected group of members of Coastal Community Church of Port Saint John, Florida, in small group leadership skills. To achieve the goals for this project, the project director utilized training. The first phase of the project involved researching various resources, which address small group leadership skills. These sources aided in producing material for a workshop for initial training of small group leaders.
