Christians lack understanding of the common religious heritage they share with Jews. The teachings of Jesus continued the key concepts of Judaism for Christianity. A course of study emphasizing key concepts in both systems develops awareness of commonalities. This study affirms that Christians can gain understanding of their Jewish heritage through the teachings of Jesus.
