Abstract
  • Christians lack understanding of the common religious heritage they share with Jews. The teachings of Jesus continued the key concepts of Judaism for Christianity. A course of study emphasizing key concepts in both systems develops awareness of commonalities. This study affirms that Christians can gain understanding of their Jewish heritage through the teachings of Jesus. The commonalities provide a base sufficient for collaborative social action between Jews and Christians on behalf of all humanity. The teachings of Judaism and Jesus mandate this.
