  • This project was designed to provide a structure through which lay persons can be involved in pastoral caregiving in a local congregation. Addressing the attitudes that favor a professional, ordained ministry, theological and biblical justification is given for every member in ministry. A sermon series highlighting the interrelatedness of persons called and gifted to build up the body of Christ is included.
