This paper examines the much discussed topics of Korean churches' 'maturity' and the declining District Bible Classes. The first chapter raises the two problems and states the purpose. The second chapter consists of a theological understanding of maturity based on biblical theology, church historical theology, John Wesley's concepts of maturity and means of grace, early Korean Bible Classes, and how they can apply to today's 'Bible Classes Programs for Maturity of Local Church Congregations.' The remaining chapters consist of an application of programs developed by the author and its findings, analysis, and ways to address the future challenges based on the results.
