  • The project addresses fundamental concerns for the liberation of and ministry to/with straight, white, North American males. The methodology involves the use of relevant literature, personal and professional experience of the author, and a questionnaire given to twenty-five seminarians. With the assault on the outdated model for relationships of the dominant-superior 'partner' and a submissive-inferior 'non-person,' it is imperative to develop models and guidelines for doing ministry with straight, white, North American males. The project discusses three retreat models and a mid-life counseling method with such males. Finally, objectives are formulated for doing ministry with straight, white, North American males.
