  • Correlating and coordinating social service providers' support for service members, veterans, and their families would highly improve the accessibility and number of available resources. Bridging the gap between these established organizations requires assessment, education, and establishment of a means of inter-organization communication. This project's convergent parallel mixed method of research utilized a survey to assess organizations perceptions and group discussion to assess, educate, and initiate cross-communication. The Project was successful in establishing a liaison system of communication among four of the six targeted West Virginia organizations, including three Joining Community Forces and the WV Partners in Care TEAM.
