- Abstract
- This thesis is a qualitative, evaluative and formative study of the Arrow Leadership Program utilizing identified Christian formation learning objectives from 143 learning contracts prepared by program participants over five years. Building on the literature review focus on self-directing learning and a biblical and theological framework outlining Christian formation needs in young Christian ministry leaders, this study evaluated the Character/Competency Model and curriculum of the Arrow Leadership Program through the lens of identified Christian formation learning needs and made recommendations to improve program effectiveness in meeting these needs.
