- Abstract
- Working with an affluent, nondenominational congregation in Greenwich, Connecticut, this project presents theological reflection on wealth and poverty, the dangers of insulation, and the possibilities of transformation. Based on a series of interviews with wealthy church members, the project produces workshops open to all church members and documents seven polarities of stewardship. Church members explore the burdens and opportunities of wealth and how the church might become more effective in stewardship education.
