Abstracto

This project is based on the thesis that planning designs in use in local congregations are inadequate since the planning group is not asked to engage in critical reflection concerning Christian education concerns for the future. Criteria are established for evaluating a planning process and existing planning designs. Also included are the story and analysis of a proposed planning procedure and the presentation of a revised model of planning in the local congregation.
