- This case study evolved from the question: 'How do urban Asian women of the Asia-Pacific Rim make disciples for Christ within their respective spheres of influence and beyond?' The Singapore situation has shown that committed women motivate through modeling biblically and equipping a selected few in the context of a small group or living together. Mature disciples trained in ministry apartments have been reproducing, thus augmenting the local churches. Disciple-making programs provide opportunities for the exercise of God-given abilities and enhance international networking. The training process to make disciples, in contrast to the production of 'MacDisciples,' is a slow, specialized and personalized one.
