- This project examines the way grace is displayed to the people of God at the Lord's table. Designed to introduce adult study groups and individuals to a deeper experience of the sacrament, the project focuses on five 'facets of grace': koinonia, anamnesis, eucharistia, thusia and eschaton. Koinonia is God's grace in our connectedness to God and to one another at the table. Anamnesis is God's grace in our remembrance. In recognizing Christ at the table we are enabled to remember our own identity as children as God. Eucharistia is God's grace in our thanksgiving that we are claimed and named by God, and are moved to respond in joyful thanksgiving for the grace we have received. Thusia is God's grace in our sacrifice of ourselves as we offer ourselves in loving service to the world. Eschaton is God's grace in our future, that the connectedness we receive at the table is our hope as God points to the final realization of God's intent for his people.
