Abstracto

This project contains a systematic plan for reaching every family unit in the church through a personal ministry of elders, deacons and pastors. It is a commitment of leadership to nurture and equip believers for ministry within and without the body of Christ. Chapter I provides the organizational structure of the family plan and the mechanics of its function. Chapter II - XI comprise the training and instructional portion of the manual. Chapter XII is the final chapter containing the project narrative in the form of a flow chart. This provides a step-by-step dated account of progress towards implementation. The 'family plan' was successfully inaugurated twenty-two months after initial planning began.
