  • The project was designed and implemented to train 20 Sunday School teachers to be Great Commission leaders in the power of the Spirit. Chapter 1 describes the context and rationale for doing the project. Chapter 2 presents a biblical and theological foundation. Specifically, this chapter addresses the Great Commission in the Old and New Tesaments. Chapter 3 examines common leadership principles from spirirual and secular sources. Attention was given to principles that with a biblical basis. Chapter 4 recounts the 15 weeks of training with limited evaluation. Chapter 5 is an analysis and evaluation. Pre and post-seminar questionnaires were employed to help determine the effectiveness of the project.
