  • Leading profound change (that is, shifting the inner place from which a system operates) requires leaders who desire to move creatively and effectively into an unknown future. Using 3dm's vehicle of huddle, Otto Scharmer's Theory U, and Luther's concept of being a theologian of the cross, the author of this emancipatory narrative study explored the identity, character, and skills of the transformational leader.
