Abstract
  • Thesis: 20- and early 30-somethings, involved in Navigator post-college ministries, who engage in collaborative kingdom mission together, facilitated by a mentor-guided, experiential curriculum will grow in their experience of authentic community. Groups of young adults participated in a mission-biased experiential curriculum over 16 weeks. Nineteen groups were located in nine cities around the U.S. Quantitative research was done before and after the indepth interviews were done after the sixteen weeks, in order to assess participants' experience of community. Research showed that groups of young adults who participated in mission together grew in their experience of community and one another.
