  • The purpose of this project was to discover to what extent formational prayer training was being integrated into the pastoral care skills of a select group of ministry leaders. The design of the project included a quantitative and qualitative survey that assessed the level to which integration was executed. Upon completion of analyzing the data, success with integration of the protocols was revealed, with goal six being most prominent--the participants understanding the purpose of training in formational prayer. The participants shared their level of positive impact as well as some of the challenges with the model of care.
