Abstrait

This project proposes that mentoring ministry--defined as connecting individuals intentionally in spiritually focused, one-on-one relationships--can reverse relational isolation while providing models for healthy personal and spiritual relationships. The project establishes and maintains 27 mentoring relationships over a six-month period, observing and evaluating them through research questionnaires. Among participants who receive mentoring, 70 percent report significant personal and spiritual growth through relationships they built with their mentors.
