Abstracto

This project describes the personal journey of spiritual growth of a district superintendent through theological reflection on the inner life and the practice of ministry. The author shares the need for developing systems of support and accountability for district superintendents. She demonstrates the model she used to address these needs in her own ministry and the difference it made in the way she carried out the ministry of superintending. She concludes that systematic theological reflection on the inner life and the practice of ministry is a key to ongoing learning and spiritual growth for district superintendents.
