Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to lead the First Baptist Church of Dresden, Tennessee to take a proactive stance against any form of legalized gambling in Tennessee. The project consists of five chapters. The first chapter described the statement of ministry project, listed ministry goals, provided a background for the ministry, and discussed the rationale for the project. Chapter two sought to provide a theological basis for opposing gambling using biblical principles and theological concepts. The third chapter presented the sociological basis for opposing gambling. Chapter four described the implementation of the program. Chapter five discussed the evaluation of the project.
